Ramadan 2019/1440 Qur'an competition
The Islamic Foundation of Ireland is pleased to announce the Ramadan 1440 H. (May/June 2019) Qur’an competition for children and youth.
- The competition consists of seven sections. A contestant can only compete in one section of the competition.
- Any person who took part in last year’s competition cannot contest in the same section, but in a higher one. Any application that does not meet this condition will not be considered.
- Those who wish to take part in the competition must register their names. Application forms are available from the IFI office or can be downloaded here.
- The last date for registration is Friday 19 Ramadan 1440, corresponding to 24/05/2019.
- The tests will be held on Saturday 20 Ramadan corresponding to 25/05/2019 after Dhuhr prayer at 2:00 pm.
- The winners will be announced and the prizes distributed on Sunday 28 Ramadan corresponding to 02/06/2019 – after Dhuhr prayer.
