Hajj 2021/1441 Announcement

The Islamic Foundation of Ireland would like to inform those who have registered with us to perform the Hajj, that Hajj authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have announced on Saturday 12/06/2021 that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Hajj for this year will only be for people who are living in Saudi Arabia and no pilgrims will be coming from abroad.

This is a saddening news, but it is the Qadar of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala.

Please, make du'a that Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala remove this pandemic from the world, remain hopeful and keep your intention to go on Hajj and fulfil the obligation, in sha' Allah.

We recommend that you keep your deposit to secure your place for next year, in'sha' Allah.
